We operate on an appointment only basis, we cannotaccept walk-ins.

You can arrange an appointment or make an enquiry via DM or the forms on our website.

The studio is small, sleek and private with disabled access and access to mixed gender restroom facilities.

We’re situated very close to local amenities, such as shops, ample parking, and lots of local cafes.

We operate our appointments on the following basis:
Half day (4 hours)
Full day (8 hours)
Hourly sessions

Your artist will discuss the best option with you during your consultation.

We will never tattoo anybody we suspect or know with certainty to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol, or to be under the age of 18.

The studio is situated within a functioning and often very busy barbershop – we ask all of our clients to be mindful of other customers at all times.

Tattoo appointments at Lost Cause Club are secured with a deposit. This allows time to be reserved for your session and for your artist to prepare your design in advance.

Deposits

All tattoo bookings require a non-refundable deposit to secure the appointment.

Deposits are deducted from the final price of the tattoo on the day of your appointment.

The deposit confirms your booking and allows your artist to begin preparing the design for your session.

Rescheduling

If you need to change your appointment, we ask that you provide at least 48 hours’ notice.

When sufficient notice is given, your deposit can be transferred to a new appointment date.

Appointments rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in the deposit being forfeited, and a new deposit may be required to secure another booking.

Cancellations

Deposits are non-refundable. This covers the time spent preparing artwork and reserving the appointment slot.

If you choose to cancel your appointment, the deposit will not be returned.

Late Arrivals

Arriving significantly late to your appointment may reduce the time available for your session. In some cases the appointment may need to be rescheduled, which may result in the deposit being forfeited.

We recommend arriving on time or slightly early to ensure the session runs smoothly.

Booking Enquiries

Tattoo bookings begin with an enquiry so we can understand your idea, placement, and size before confirming the appointment.

Once the details have been discussed and the booking confirmed, a deposit will be requested to secure the session.

We accept a number of forms of payment.

We can take cash, card or bank transfer.
We also offer our clients the opportunity to pay in instalments – as long as the balance is paid on or before the day of your tattoo, how you split your
balance is entirely up to you.
You can find a link to make a payment towards any outstanding balance at the bottom of this PAGE – just make sure you include your name in the appropriate field.
All balances must be paid in full either before or on the day of your session. If you want to pay £25 a week or £25 a month, we don’t mind as long as the balance is O on the day of your tattoo. 🙂

Please try to be mindful of the time – if you’re going to be a few minutes late, it’s no big deal, just try and let us know.
There’s ample parking across the road at North Bondgate Car Park.
We recommend making sure you’ve eaten and are well hydrated before your appointment and bring snacks – slow steady energy releasing foods are best.
Water, fizzy sugary drinks, lollies and sweets can be helpful too.
The studio has free wifi and access to whatever music you prefer to listen to, but if you want to bring your own entertainment or headphones etc, feel free! THERE’S ALSO A TV WITH ACCESS TO ALL THE LATEST STREAMING SERVICES.
We will never tattoo anybody that’s under the age of 18 – if you’re lucky enough to look young, we’ll ask to verify your ID.
We cannot accept guests in the studio room itself – it’s quite small and three is a crowd!
