Late Cancellations & NO SHOWS POLICY

At Lost Cause Club, appointment times are reserved specifically for each client. When an appointment is missed or cancelled at very short notice, that time cannot always be offered to another client.

To ensure fairness to both our team and other clients waiting for availability, the following policy applies.

Late Cancellations

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a late cancellation fee of 50% of the total service price.

This fee reflects the time reserved and the preparation required for each appointment.

No Shows

If a client fails to attend their appointment without notice, a 50% fee of the booked service will be charged.

Outstanding Fees

Any late cancellation or no-show fee must be paid in full before any future appointments can be made.

Until the balance has been cleared, no further bookings will be accepted.

Understanding & Respect

We understand that unexpected circumstances can occasionally arise. If you need to change your appointment, we ask that you provide as much notice as possible so the time can be offered to another client.

This policy helps us maintain a professional schedule and ensures all clients have fair access to appointments.
